Huali Low density polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foams are PUR/PIR rigid foams mainly used for thermal insulating purposes, thanks to their very low thermal conductivity and their high insulating power. The performance of polyurethane/polyisocianurate foam is experssed at best in the cold chain rather than with hot temperature, to assure insulation both in transport of perishable goos and in case of polyisocyanurates, in applications of HVACR and industrial insulation of LNG, LPG, ethylene, ammonia/fertilizer, underground oil ducts.

Huali high density PIR/PUR foam shell is made from our HLP block, fabricated with wire cutting machine, to different shape of pipe, curved, elbow, tee, etc. mainly used for thermal insulating purposes, thanks to their very low thermal conductivity and their high insulating power. The polyisocianurate pipe is non-combustible, adbestos free and non-toxic which is no harmflu to human beings.

Huali pre-insulated PU foam pipe consists of the medium steel pipe, polyurethane foam, and casing, with service temperature max 150°C. Pre-insulated elbow and tee can be supplied as well. The pre-insulated pipe is widely used for industrial transportation pipeline in the field of petroo-chemical and hot oil supplying systems, residential cold and hot water supplying system. Its service life is 30-50 years and insulation performance is good, insulation effect is better than other insulation pipe 4-9 time higher and the heatless is lower than tranditional pipe. Under normal circumstance, working temperature can reach 120˚C, but we can improve it to 150˚C
The pre-insulated pipe fittings of elbow, reducer, tee etc. is made from operation steel pipe elbow, tee, reducer etc. polyurethane foam and HDPE casing, with service temeprature 150˚C. The coring PU is foaming to different insulation thickness as per the steel pipe diameter and HDPE casing size. They are waterproofing and better anti-corrosive , impact resistance under low temperature codition , especially in the underground water supplying system.
